Thanks Nat and the team from Graduate for providing a very professional and friendly service. I just completed my Heavy Rigid Truck license and was really impressed with Graduate, from the first phone call, bookings (with plenty of reminders) through to my lessons and completing my examination, excellent! My driver instruction from Nat was excellent, she who did a super job instructing and preparing me for the examination. I went from having no idea how to correctly drive a HR Truck with a crashbox transmission to successfully passing my HR crashbox driving test under the instruction and mentoring by Nat. Nat was fantastic, extremely knowledgable & experienced in this license class, answered any questions at all that I had and was equally (if not more) invested in ensuring that I was able to pass my test confidently. I did my HR LICENSE with NATALIE, Honestly i couldn’t have asked for a better instructor she made me feel comfortable and confident behind the wheel, she shared little tips and personal tricks to make it easier to remember. I was soo nervous going into my first lesson it was pouring rain miserable weather but she made it fun and I learnt a lot from her. Would highly recommend I passed my test today with 100% marks !! Craig R I would like to thank both Heath and Natalie for their assistance and tips to help in becoming proficient in operating a Prime Mover with a RoadRanger 18speed manual gearbox. Although I have held a truck license for almost 40years, lately I've found that I have needed to upgrade my truck license to be able to try obtain work. Both Heath and Natalie are very patient and encouraging and I would highly recommend Graduate School of Motoring for your driving license requirements. The Trucks are clean and tidy inside and out and a pleasure to drive and I cant thank them enough. Should I require further license upgrades, I will be back
