Lachlan created a great learning environment during the lessons. The focus on learning and practical application was strong, however there was always room for light-heartedness and honest humour. This overall approach from Lachlan made the learning experience a true journey from the first lesson, through to the passing of the test. Lachlan and office staff were great. Vehicle was in excellent condition. I was looked after better than I expected with the food package for the break as well. Lachlan was a very pleasant and effective trainer. He gave clear directions and left me with no surprises for the test. I can't find any room for improvement to add.
