Keith is a great instructor. He made me feel comfortable from the very start as I was nervous as hell. His calm demeanour and confidence in the cabin of the truck while instructing makes it easy to learn and understand what he is explaining/telling. he didn't raise his voice or get agitated when I kept doing things wrong, he just kept reminding me what to do and how to do it. When it came to the actual practical test, his confidence in me was calming. Thank you to Keith for helping me gain my HR license and when it comes to getting my HC license I would certainly be happy if he was my instructor for that. Cheers Jason

Thank you so much Keith for being so patient and easy to coommunicate with and drive with. The level of patienece and understanding with the clear instructions and guidelines outlined and the process was so easy. I was not so quietly crapping myself with doing my MR.
