Not only were my instructors, namely Bryon and Erin, skilled, professional and patient, but the entire company personel right down to the office girls, were personable, supportive and very kind. Bryon was seriously so cool! I picked him cause he was “old” and would know his stuff, and he did! He was so amazing with figuring out different way to teach so that I would understand and if I had trouble with something we would do it a couple of times go do something else and come back to it another time. He has such a wide extended knowledge and it makes it very comforting knowing I was in good hands. I did fail my first attempt but I did pass the second time once the nerves settled down. For some reason I was expecting to be driving a Hino or a Mitsubishi, I had absolutely no knowledge of how to operate a Heavy Vehicle, especially a Mack Truck. I would like to thank Bryon for his patience in training me. He is a great teacher and not only teaches you so that you will pass the practical test but also teaches you tips so that you become a safer driver.
